Tuition Reimbursement

Carle Health offers Tuition Reimbursement to team members, allowing them to invest in their education and career.

Eligibility

  • All staffing positions must work at least 20 hours per week to be eligible to participate in the Tuition Reimbursement program. 
  • Most staffing positions must also complete 6 months of employment before having the ability to submit for payout.

Reimbursement Amounts and Degrees

  • Eligible team members can find their reimbursement amounts based on degree type by click here.
  • Payout amounts differentiate based on degrees and employment status(hours worked).

How to Submit for Tuition Reimbursement 

  • Team members must submit final course grades within 30 days of the class end date. 
  • Documents for semester payout should be submitted at one time.

Step 1: Submit for Reimbursement online through your Lawson Self Service Portal. Click here  for submission instructions.

Step 2: Submit all of the following documents at one time to MyHR.Helpdesk@carle.com

  • Class schedule 
  • Detailed billing statement, which must include scholarships and grants received
  • Proof of payment in full
  • Final course grades 

Step 3: The benefits department will then submit the request to your manager for payout, upon their approval, the reimbursement should be paid out the following paycheck. 

Eligible Schools for Reimbursement

  • Tuition Reimbursement is available for most accredited colleges and universities; however, schools may not be eligible if there are noted concerns regarding cost, student debt, graduation rates and retention. 
  • Schools may also be excluded due to critical feedback received from students and preceptors in the organization
