- Go to Lawson Self Service. In Lawson, click MyPayroll > My Carle Medical Bill Deductions > Add Account.
This process requires your medical record number and the amount you want to pay. Payment plans are subject to Carle Health payment plan standards and will be reviewed and confirmed by Patient Financial Services before payroll deduction begins.
