Carle team members have the choice of two health plans
- Preferred Provider Option (PPO)
- High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
You can verify which plan you are enrolled by two methods:
- Lawson Employee Self Service – Log into your Lawson Self-Service account and click My Benefits > My Current Benefits under the Benefit Information section.
- Health Alliance Hally Account – View the Plan Benefits. The Plan Details section indicates whether you are enrolled in the PPO or HDHP option.
